Customer Service-Patient Scheduler

Network Synergy, Inc. is a progressive utilization review organization, specializing in the management of workers' compensation claims.

We currently have the following opportunity available with business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm:

 

Patient Scheduler

Timely schedule new patient referrals to include contact with patient and therapy clinics.  Where required, communication with treating physician.  Provide updated scheduling status to file manager using a variety of methods.

 

Schedule patients for initial evaluation within the targeted timeframeProvide patient scheduling status to file managerAssign patient files to patient processors/case coordinatorsProvide clients and patients with exceptional serviceMaintain Diary ComplianceMeets basic productivity requirements

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years customer service experienceBasic computer skillsExcellent telephone skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-taskBilingual a plus!Medical terminology (preferred)
