Responsibilities: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the company’s primary point of contact for advertising customers and phone book consumers. A CSR resolves issues and concerns customers have with their directory advertising and billing account; and accurately answer inquires regarding the company, the product, and the market. CSR’s also are a primary point of contact for the Premise and Telephone sales channels concerning customer account questions/concerns.


Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Prior Customer Service experience desired. 35-40 wpm keyboarding skills required. Excellent verbal, written, organizational, detail oriented. Prior negotiation experience a real plus. Good math & calculator skills. Prior computer experience required and computer software (Word & Excel) skills preferred. Bilingual skills a plus
