Customer Service/Problem Resolution

Job Description: Handles all requests from incoming customer phone calls.? Requested may include faxing of invoices, correspondence, special invoice requests, or resolution of disputes.? May also take incoming phone call in collector's absence.

Investigates and resolves all types of disputes; acts as a liaison between customer and field personnel.

Processing of vouchers, tax exempt/resale certificates, purchase orders, and various customer correspondence, (including bankruptcy notifications); preparation and processing of cancellations (which include bad debts, sub sales, and deletions).

Assists A/R with research requested (such as returned checks, stop payments, credit card declines, overpayments, and rebills).

?

Handles consolidation breakdowns of large accounts and reporting of such.
