Major Duties and Functions Include:
 Must be excited about working in a fast-paced, high-energy call center  Provide high quality, timely service to existing Total Control Account customers. No cold calling or sales in this position.  Handle customer requests and solve customer problems via phone and in writing  Training and development opportunities What You Need to Succeed:


 Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent, plus at least six months to one year of solid, high-level customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment  Demonstrated outstanding customer service and communication skills  Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and have autonomy over calls  Solid computer and keyboard skills  Desire, willingness and ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment  Ability to work and succeed in a team environment  The ability to work M-F starting from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm after training Work shouldn?t be something you do just to make ends meet.
