Customer Service - Project Coordinator
Job Purpose:
Serve customers by coordinating all aspects of installation for services purchased. You will work with customer from start to finish on all aspects of the services and products purchased.
Duties:
? Coordinates projects requirements with customers by reviewing details, informing customers of job ready conditions, scheduling measures, setting overall job expectations.
? Support customers with scheduling services, answering questions, resolving problems.
? Support production team with ordering material, job review, scanning documents.
? Maintain project status information by updating information, scanning documents, and communicating with customers.
? Review job paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submitting to production department.
? Close completed jobs and submit to Billing Department.
? Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
