Customer Service Project Manager

What is the position?
A project manager on the Customer Service team responsible for coordinating installation and equipment service projects for specific national accounts.
What will this person do?Troubleshoot reported equipment problems, determine appropriate course of action and follow through to satisfactory conclusionDevelop and manage time lines for multiple projects, coordinating details and reporting status to customerWork with multiple departments to ensure time lines are metDocument activities and utilize in-house administrative system to manage the process
What is the work environment like?
Nice office environment in a new building located in Lee?s Summit. Relaxed management style for self starters who have their jobs to do and are given guidelines to operate within to get them done. Strong team emphasis where people and departments work together to meet customer expectations. It is a small company atmosphere where the owners care about the employees; quarterly breakfast meetings, company outings, birthday celebrations, even a big party at the end of the year where they share some of the profits. Overall, about like you would have it if you were the boss.
