Customer Service - Property Management

A nationwide property management company with corporate headquarters in the DTC is looking for a professional Customer Service Specialist.  The candidate must have extraordinary customer service skills and call center experience is helpful. 

 Job DutiesRespond to external clients with questions or problemsActively listen to clients concerns and assure the issue will be resolvedFollow up with other departments in the company to ensure corrections are madeMaintain accurate reports Create written correspondence and compose documentation of a routine natureSolve a variety of complex problems for customers and handle issues with professionalism  Ability to maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients and co-workers while dealing with complex and sensitive situations

 Requirements2 plus years in a corporate customer service roleExtremely strong communication skills including oral and written communication and strong listening abilitiesMust be able to handle complex issuesStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelHomebuilding, Real Estate or Property Management experience helpful

 

 

The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 ? 5:00 and the salary is $30,000 to $35,000 per year depending on experience.  Benefits include Medical, Dental, 401K and paid time off.  Apply online for immediate consideration.
