We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep to work at our Smithfield location.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  In this role you will be responsible for contacting customers about late trucks, calling each receiver and making arrangements to either get the truck unloaded the same day or reschedule the delivery appointment. In addition you will notify Brokers and Salesman of all late deliveries via e-mail or telephone; you will reroute trucks to make all possible appointments on time; and you will handle all over shortage and damage issues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service. Good oral and written communication skills.  Customer Focus. Decision-making and problem solving. Flexibility. The ability to plan, prioritize and set goals. Teamwork. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and 10 key touch/keyboard experience.
