Customer Service Rep 3

Essential Functions and Duties
Provides strong customer service skills with frequent customer interactions. Employee will defuse and resolve customer complaints to yield positive results. Generally reaches mutually acceptable resolutions with customers when conflict arises. Employee will extensively interface with customer and proactively provides suggestions on resolving and escalating when appropriate. Superior verbal and written communication skills will be demonstrated with customers on a day to day basis. Runs previously created SAP/SAPDAT reports. Regularly adds valuable contribution to solutions and continuous improvement of the group. Provides input and assistance in adding input for policies and procedures updating. Provides feedback that may assist in solutions to cross-functional issues. Occasionally develops staff training materials.

Qualifications
AA degree or equivalent
Proficient with SAP and CS business processes.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Working knowledge of Visio and Access.4-6 years of related experience.Attention to detail, organizational skills, superior verbal and written communication skills.
