Established in 1988, we design, manufacture and market products including: custom connectors, semiconductor packages, flex circuit assemblies, high density socketing systems, and footprint conversion adapters for ICs.?

To support our continuing growth, ISI is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.?

Position responsibilities include the following:
?Manage existing accounts Help develop new projects and accountsRespond to customer questions and requests regarding service changes, technical problems, etc.Identify and escalate customer issues that cannot be resolved by the CSRFollow up with customer within promised time frameDirect/transfer sales calls, promote new businessOffer ideas for continuous improvement and retention of customer base
?
The ideal candidate will have:
?Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPrevious experience in the semiconductor/electronics assembly/PCB industryCustomer service and/or project management experienceA technical background in a related industry
?
