Our Dallas, TX office currently has a Collections/Customer Service Representative position available starting immediately.

 

The individual will be responsible for calling past due accounts, reconciling accounts and sending out copies of invoices, meeting daily goal for number of calls made, processing customer inquiries and orders and helping to expedite the delivery of products and services. Will provide follow-up customer service; answer routine inquiries; document customer calls, problems and resolutions. Must be able to multi-task, have good communication skills and be computer literate.
