Customer Service Representative with a Financial/Accounting Background Needed

What you will be doing:

This position is responsible for all aspects of customer service related to agent commissions including, but not limited to, answering and responding to agent phone calls related to commissions, retrieving and responding to agency compensation voice mailbox, responding to agency compensation email inquiries, and researching agent commission issues.

What we require:

? Must have at least one year of customer service call handling experience;
? Accounting/Financial services experience a plus;
? Excellent communication and math skills;
? Strong Verbal communication and organizational skills;
? Solid Computer skills with the ability to navigate through various PC applications.
