Customer Service Rep For Cop orate Traders

We are?currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep for Corporate Traders to work in Wilmington, DE.? This is a part time position working 9:00am to 1:30pm.?

This is a long term assignment that possibly could go perm on a full time basis.

?

Position Requirements:

Handle incoming telephone calls from customers, Provide information to the customers, Problem resolution.

?

Qualifications: PC or data terminal experience, excellent interpersonal skills, Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment, Successful completion of the training programs.

?

Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
