Customer Service Rep - GREAT PAY AND BENEFITS

Safelite Auto Glass, the leading manufacturer, distributor and provider of after-market automotive glass and related services, is currently seeking a Customer Service oriented individual for a Full Time role in our fast paced service center.

SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the local market and Safelite?s customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

Handles incoming customer calls: ETA?s, Customer service issues, Warranties, Commercial (if non-Commercial Pro), Price quotes from agents and adjusters, ?Non-unit? workorders (flat glass, labor only, backsliders, tinting etc.), Custom conversion van, National Fleet accounts, Rental Cars, Motor Home Jobs, side mirror jobs, Job status inquiries, Same day reschedules/cancellations
? Monitors, verifies accuracy of, and corrects (as necessary) work orders downloaded from Sales Central.
? Performs coverage verification for fleet workorders
? Redirecting PO?s
? Performs appointment confirmation calls.
? Performs customer call aheads.
? Performs customer courtesy call backs.
? Controls deleted work orders
? Handles incoming calls

? Handles invoicing, daily close-out procedures, daily bank deposit.
? Processes credit memos, rebills, and unbillables.
? Maintains daily store files (time records, work orders, inventory documents).
? Reviews referral W/O?s from previous night
? Handles reschedules and pending work orders

? Assists Account Managers in setting up and servicing accounts.
? Handles all telephone calls and workflow activities pertaining to commercial work

PHYSICAL & SOCIAL DEMANDS
Must be able to operate a computer and telephone system, sit for extended periods of time, and handle presence of glare on monitors. Position requires pleasant voice, positive attitude, clear diction, composure, hearing sensitivity and manual dexterity. Social demands involve building relationships among peers, stores, technicians and customers.
