Customer Service Rep/Help Desk

Inbound customer service representative for a help desk. Completing password resets for a financial/banking company. Will obtain product identification information and route service calls.

*Must have excellent problem solving skills and previous customer service experience.
*Must be able to type 40-45 WPM
*Must have knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
*Must be able to pass a background check.
*Must be available for flexible shifts, 7 days per week.

Shift window options:
6am-6pm $10.00
1pm-10pm $11.00
9pm-6am $11.00
