Customer Service Rep - Inbound

Eventus Group is actively seeking to fill several In Bound Call Center Representative positions.  All applicants must have at least 1 year of call center experience.  Must also be able to meet a credit history check, Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing requirements.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. 

 

Qualifications


Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.

Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.

Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

Keys quantitative and qualitative data with speed and accuracy into the computer. (6,000 ksph with 5% or less error rate)

Sets a comfortable tone and encourages open communication. Listens attentively and actively.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

Relates well to all kinds of people: up, down, and sideways. Builds appropriate rapport. Builds constructive and effective relationships.

Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships.

Excellent people skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people.

Probes all fruitful sources for answers. Can see hidden problems.
