Uline, a rapidly-growing international distributor of packaging and industrial supplies, seeks a Customer Service Representative to cover internet and fax orders at their distribution center in Waukegan, Illinois, north of Chicago.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:

Respond to customer emails and answer customer chats in a real-time environment

Process fax inquiries

Review and release customer orders and catalog requests

Process customer orders via phone as needed

Working knowledge of e-mails, computers, and web site navigation

Maintain customer satisfaction and demonstrate patience/telephone etiquette with customers

Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment

Bachelor's degree a plus

Strong writing skills required
