Customer Service Rep - Returns
Act as a primary point of customer contact for all Returns. Authorizes product returns by way of entries in Oracle. Confirms delivery dates and provides status updates to customers. Work effectively with external customers and internal departments (ie: Finance, Shipping, Contact Service groups) to resolve return, repair and/or any shipping issues. Prepares reports, shipping documentation, approval and repair pricings to customers. Resolves miscellaneous issues regarding credit or shipping and expedites in a manner that maximizes customer satisfaction. Performs other related duties as required.
Requires minimum of 3 years within a high-volume customer service environment preferably in manufacturing. Previous service/return department or warehousing highly desirable. Will manage calls and emails from customers regarding products returns and upgrades. Excellent problem solver and ability to creatively come up with alternatives to resolve to any type of product returns and upgrades through closure of issue. Excellent communicator to interact with international customers. Ability to generate invoices and issue credit memo's. High school diploma. Ability to effectively manage high levels of activity and multiple demands simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Experience in Oracle Order Mgmt is a plus.
