Customer Service Rep - SPANISH Speaking
Description Major Position Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Call Center Manager to support the fulfillment of the company vision of prompt and professional Call Center service through prompt processing of problems with products or services. Employee will assist our customers over the phone with information geared towards improving their understanding of our Company?s products, services and desire to serve them. Candidates should be creative, self motivated, a multi-task individual with a strong commitment to customer service.
? Provide clear, complete, accurate and objective information based on full understanding of program requirements and options.
? Enter data into a computer system from information gained via telephone or mail contact.
? Follow up consumer contacts with correspondence and file updates.
? Assess service/information needs and identify appropriate information, referrals, and materials to forward to client.
? Note trends in consumer questions and concerns, report and recommend measures to improve customer service.
? Immediately report any technical problems with equipment, systems or facilities to Supervisor.
? Meet and exceed daily standards for calls answered, records entered, accuracy, customer service, and quality.
? Complete various clerical tasks associated with customer service, including filing, correspondence, and other record keeping functions.
? Must be self-motivated and work well with others.
? Applicant must display excellent Customer Service and strong communication skills when dealing with clients.
? Customer Service follow-up. Education and Typical Years of Experience High School Diploma or participation in welfare-to-work program and one to two years of direct customer service serving consumers of government services or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with people representing diverse backgrounds, preferred. In certain contracts, position may require health insurance license, which must be obtained within six months of hire date. ? Ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations and proficiency with company standard software and PC systems. ? Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback. ? Achieve results through knowledge, empathy and commitment. ? Ability to work with people of diverse background ? Some PC skills with the ability to type 35 wpm. ? Ability to work flexible shift and occasional Saturday hours. ? Bi-lingual preferred Special Requirements
