Position Responsibilities:
o prepare and file your articles of incorporation (for corporations) or articles of organization (for LLCs) with the appropriate state agency.
o answering incoming telephone calls
o making outbound phone calls to clients and states
o communicating with clients via e-mail
o order processing
o completion of all other assigned duties

Qualifications:
o have flexibility in relation to their scheduled hours
o display the ability to provide outstanding customer service through written and verbal communication
o be proficient with basic computer programs (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
o be able to work across multiple departments
o BS/BA Degree Preferred or a minimum of two years of related customer service background
