Customer Service Representative 1- NBS

The National Business Services teams provide specialized business care services to support the TDMA and GSM wireless management needs of program administrators (Telecom Manager & Key Contacts).
? Interface with business customers via telephone, e-mail, or correspondence, listening to customer needs, evaluating options, and offering customer-focused and cost-effective solutions.
? Provide operational support and expertise to meet the care needs of business customers
? Strive to resolve customer?s requests in one contact
? Manage time and resources effectively by responding to dedicated business-to-business 800#, meeting team and individual service level and performance objectives, while providing follow-up via outbound calls as appropriate to business customers, other functional areas, departments, and regions.
? Complete required training to stay abreast of product, service, and policy changes
? Maintain positive and cooperative tone with internal and external customers and coworkers


QUALIFICATIONS

? At least six months of customer service experience
? A High school diploma or equivalent
? At least 18 years of age
? Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
? Strong computer proficiency
? The ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
? Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
? Six months to two year customer service experience desired but not required
? Call center and wireless experience a plus
? Must have a positive attitude and an appreciation for quality customer service
? Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
? Proficient in use of PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
? Skilled in Axys, Siebel, Atlys, Care, Telegence preferred.
? Keyboarding proficiency and ability to navigate through multiple systems
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to multi-task on different computer systems while speaking with customers
? Professional demeanor and presentation
? Ability to effectively adapt to constant change and work in a fast-paced environment
? The flexibility to work weekends and other varied shifts as assigned
