Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering phone inquires, loading accounts and assisting managers with special projects. Other duties include posting payments, balancing the cash drawer, preparing daily cash deposits and light filing. Required Skills:

1-2 years of customer service experience preferred; ability to handle a large volume of phone calls in a work day required; stellar communication skills both verbal and written required; bi-lingual a plus.
