Customer Service Representative

Crown Products is a promotional printing company that has won various awards during its growth.  We have been featured in Inc 500 two times as one of the fastest growing privately owned companies in America.  We have won the Supplier Star Award for outstanding service five years in a row.  Crown has also won Supplier of the Year Awards from numerous customers.  Crown Products continues to grow, achieve high marks, and is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives that have a "Whatever It Takes" attitude. 

 

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative that can respond to requests from customers in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. 

 

These are functions expected of a CSR on a daily basis.  Applicants must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

 

*Answer customer requests for information

*Assist customers with processing purchase orders on imprint

  colors, quotes, freight, and any other issues

*Provide information to customers in regards to catalog items

*Edit and track orders upon request from customers

*Ensure delivery dates with customers

*Make proper documentation of all requests from customers

*Solve problems relating to customer orders

*Project a positive, organized, and friendly attitude towards customers 

and fellow co-workers

 

 

Requirements:

 *High school diploma or equivalent

 *Type 35-55 wpm

 *Knowledge of basic computer functions (e-mail, word)

 *Works under immediate supervision

 *At least 1-3 years of experience in CSR position or call center
