Customer Service Representative

You provide a Bachelor?s Degree, good work ethic, an open personality that communicates well with a variety of people, and a willingness to learn.  Ideally, you have 1-3 years of customer service experience in a printing or publishing setting.

Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative is the primary contact for external and internal customers.  The CSR is responsible for making judgments and discretionary decisions that affect the operations of the organization and effectively communicating those decisions to the customer.  The CSR will also work extensively with other associates within the company: communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team, working with estimating and planning, sales, accounting, etc.  It is expected that the person in this position will successfully represent Visual Systems as a company that can be counted on to exceed our customers? expectations.
