Customer Service Representative Assistant

Qualified candidate will be required to assist and share workload of Customer Service Rep, provide service support to customers and sales in reference to orders,products, pricing and delivery information while also assuming the responsibilities of the CSR, while acting in the capacity during CSR absences.

 

Qualified candidate should be knowledgeable with MS Outlook,Work and Excel software programs. Ability to speak clearly and comfortably with customers direct by telephone or via email. Ability to proactively seek information to fulfill customer requirements and needs. Flexible to work full-time on occasion (as required)

Ability to learn and work within the SyteLine system.

 

Additional duties and responsibilities as required to confirm to the basic day to day operations of the department.

 

Part time hours ( approximately 20 hrs per week)

Flexibility to work full time on occasion as required ( approximately four weeks per year ).

Work location is Western Racine County ( Hwy 45/Union Grove area )
