Customer Service Representative, Baton Rouge

Assists external customers with routine requests, questions and concerns through research and resolution. Researches product, service, billing and installation/repair inquiries. Ensures that customers receive the best service possible while processing requests and concerns. May sell wireless services and corresponding products and enhanced services. May be responsible for credit/collections/activations and revenue management. May be responsible for coordinating daily schedules for customers operations work groups. May receive product orders and prepare for entry into database. Duties and tasks are standardized.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Previous call center experience and/or one year or more in customer service. Computer literate, High school diploma/GED or equivalent and 18 years of age.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent, at least 17 years of age, six months experience operating a computer in a Windows based enviroment, and availability to work flexible schedules in which includes all hours of call center operation.
