Hours: Monday-Friday, Hours may vary 8:30am to 8:30pm.

Pay rate/Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Job Information: Start your career with a fast-paced growing company in a customer-service position. You'll be responsible for answering questions and problem solving for plan participants with information and assistance regarding their Cobra, Flexible Spending Accounts and Open enrollment in health benefits plans in an inbound call center environment.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a sincere desire to assist and service our participant?s requests via telephone. The candidate should also possess an associate degree or equivalent customer service experience, excellent communication and computer skills. We offer full training to prepare you for this exciting role! One to two years experience in a Call Center environment preferred. Someone bilingual, fluent both in English and Spanish considered a great plus!!
