Customer Service Representative - Call Center

MBI, Inc., is a well established direct marketer of collectibles with a proven 37-year track record. Our products are of outstanding quality and we are obsessed with providing the best possible service to our customers.

We seek enthusiastic, intelligent individuals with excellent communication skills for full-time and temporary customer service positions at our Norwalk and Shelton call centers. We want people who have seen enough of the poor service that is so common today that they will appreciate our efforts to provide outstanding service to our customers.

Primary job focus is on handling in-bound customer calls. Working hours range between 9:00AM to 7:30PM Monday through Friday.

REQUIREMENTS
A courteous telephone manner, the ability to write a good letter, comfort with the PC and devotion to superlative customer service are required. If you like people, like to provide outstanding service and thrive on a fast pace, we would like to talk with you.
