Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher Equipment Repair

As the leader in the frozen beverage industry, we are seeking a dynamic Customer Service professional to join our team in our Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls and providing repair assistance for Island Oasis beverage equipment by troubleshooting equipment problem.  Other responsibilities include dispatching service orders to field personnel, processing all machinery part and service item orders, tracking packages, scheduling package returns, processing credit card orders, filling out equipment requests and new account forms, data entry, and filing.

Candidates must possess a strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and strong data entry skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Position hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  Rotating weekend shift every fourth week; hours include Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with two days off during the week.
