Customer Service Representative - Electronics - (MM10083)

We are accepting resumes for experienced Customer Service Representatives.

Our Customer Service Representatives assist the Sales Department with customer support inquiries. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a history of high achievement.

*Quote standard prices and provide information regarding terms of sale and delivery dates to customers.
*Process orders received by phone and fax in a timely manner.
*Responsible for proof of delivery and shipment information to customers as required.
*Communicate with customers regarding late orders.
*Coordinate faxing order confirmations to customers after order is entered by a sales representative or customer service.
*Process return authorizations calls and paperwork.
*Project a positive, professional Company image.

Requirements:

An Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. One (1) year of Customer Service Experience required. Must possess strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Internet. Must be able to work at PC and workstation for extended periods of time. Experience in interacting with production supervisors preferred.
