Position:

 

Treasure Garden, Inc. currently has position opened for Customer Service Representative (CSR).  Qualify candidate must be EXPERIENCED with manufacturer/wholesale CSR background, outdoor leisure products definitely a plus.

 

Requirements:

 

l  Minimum 3~5 years of proven customer service experience.

l  Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

l  Ability to present information and solution in a professional manner.

l  Strong customer service skills, ability to accurately access a situation, identify and resolve customer?s problem.

l  Detail oriented with ability to multi-tasking.

l  Computer literate and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and IE.

l  Positive and strong work ethic, reliability and cooperative attitude.

l  Able to cope with heavy workload.

l  Able to work extended hours during peak season.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities (include, but not limited to following):

 

l  Providing professional quality customer service.  Provide timely and accurate information to customer requests regarding products and service.

l  Reconcile aging A/R charged-back with customer.

l  Attend trade show (2~4 times a year).

l  Being point of contact for customer and internal department.

l  Processing of return authorization and freight claims

l  Generate and distribute status reports.
