Job Description: Customer Service Representative
Full-Time: Must be available between 9AM and 11PM M-F and between 9AM and 7PM Sa-Su

We currently have an exceptional career opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Latham, NY office.
Summary:
The Customer Support Representative assists Pharmacies, Clients and Members to whom NMHC provides service.The CSR handles calls regarding prior authorizations, approvals, member eligibility and overall benefit coverage.
Requirements :High School Diploma; BA/BS preferredCustomer Service ExperienceComputer Literacy (ie familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook at a minimum)

Responsibilities:Process customer service requests (from Pharmacies, Clients and Card-holders)Data EntryProcess Claims for direct member reimbursementProcess Pharmacy Universal claimsEligibilitiy VerificationPrior AuthorizationNetwork InquiriesMember ReimbursementProvider Access IssuesMaintain current knowledge of benefit and plan updates, formularies and ClientsOther tasks as required
