Customer Service Representative - (Full Time, Part Time, Bi-lingual and Seasonal)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who can provide "World Class" customer service on every call, and has a passion for providing quality customer service while flourishing in a team environment.  The ideal candidate:

? Will have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.

? Possesses experience in a Call Center or like environment.

? Is willing to work evenings and weekends.

? Possesses a high school diploma or equialency.

? Is PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

? Is customer focused and able to perform well under pressure.

 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Answering inbound calls from customers regarding service or delivery.

? Resolving customer billing problems and inquires.

? Interacting with other departments to assist with customer related concerns.

? Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
