Job Opportunity for Customer Service Representative Full-time and/or Part-time Morning/Afternoon/Evening Shift

 

The Patient Marketing Group located in Princeton, NJ, currently has a full-time and/or part-time opening for an entry-level customer service representative to:

 

* provide high-level telephone customer service support

* conduct outbound motivational and support calls to participants enrolled in our patient education programs

* handle inbound phone calls from patients, physicians, and/or pharmaceutical sales reps answering questions about our programs

* enter participant data into our computer databases

* (The position involves no cold calling or selling. Medical background is not required.)

 

Full-time Opportunity: 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM with a half hour unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday

Part-time Opportunity:  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday; some flexibility available

 

Qualifications:

* High school diploma required; advanced classes in business or related field a plus

* Prior customer service, phone, and data entry experience required

* Ability to conduct calls utilizing scripted material

* Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills

* Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal skills essential

* Well-developed computer skills with a high level of accuracy required* Must be flexible and have the ability to work on multiple tasks and programs
