Customer Service Representative (Hbg, PA)

United Concordia is one of the largest and fastest-growing Dental Insurance companies in the United States. We are presently hiring individuals to work in our suburban Harrisburg office, located on Deer Path Road in Susquehanna Township. We have an opportunity for qualified individuals to support our business between the hours of 11:30am and 8:00pm, Monday through Friday.



The selected individuals will be responsible for responding to telephone and written inquiries received from subscribers, providers, and dental office personnel. To qualify, you must have a high school diploma (or equivalent); one year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting; data entry experience on a PC in a Windows environment; above-average communictaions skills; and ability to participate in a 10-13 week full time training program from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.   Incumbents are required to successfully pass a customer service aptitude assessment. 


The starting annual salary for this position is $12.81 per hour, with an increase to $14.12 per hour (including shift differential) provided upon completion of training.
