Dynamic nationwide employer headquartered in Austin currently has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives (Level I & II) at our central Austin call center.

Our Customer Service Representatives provide specialized support and consistently superior customer service for our clients regarding products, services, processes and procedures. This position will require a technical support for customers, technicians and subcontractors over the phone and the ability to successfully interface with other departments and teams in reference to customer issues.
In this position, you will:
? Respond in a timely and professional manner to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, letter, and fax
? Support the company with a complete understanding of our client issues regarding billing and technical services; command thorough knowledge of all company products and services and departmental procedures; understand all procedures within all related areas of the department and company.
? Manage relationships with external corporate contacts, third-party vendors, affiliates, local sales offices, as well as other internal departments
? Educate client site staff on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures. Product support includes, but is not limited to, advising users on proper installation requirements, integration capabilities, as well as addressing specific user issues/applications, and more.
? Manage multiple situations simultaneously and prioritize as necessary for critical service issues
?Maintain, enhance, and/or create positive customer perception of our products, services, and performance.
? Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
A Successful Candidate will:? Have at least 2 years experience in a customer-service environment. High-volume inbound and outbound customer phone support is strongly preferred.
? Be proficient with Windows and MS Office including use of Excel and Word; strong knowledge in Internet and Email protocol.
?Demonstrate stellar customer-service skills including excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills and show demonstrated effectiveness handling escalated customer interactions under pressure in a positive, professional manner.
? Have the ability to handle pressure, meet departmental objectives, and complete a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment, while remaining diplomatic and tactful at all times
? Have proficient time management, prioritization, organizing and multi-tasking skills and efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines and work with a sense of urgency? Exhibit talent for quick thinking, multi-tasking, self-motivation, and professionalism.? Quickly learn technical aspects of products and services
? Have demonstrated problem solving skills; initiative and willingness to take responsibility for actions and to devise workable solutions to problems.
? Be highly detail-oriented and have superior work standards (quality, accuracy, timeliness, thoroughness, follow through, and backup documentation).
? Type quickly with accuracy.
