Customer Service Representative-Insurance background a plus!!

  Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a long-term Inbound & Outbound Sales/Customer Service Representative-with insurance background for a local Hampton Roads call center. 

 

 The job duties for the OUTBOUND representative will include but are not limited to placing outbound calls for selling a product or service, typically with respect to quotas or sales goals.  Has ability to handle larger accounts or difficult geographic regions and upsell as appropriate.  May be required to lead, teach, guide and/or motivate teams through the call process. If the individual has bilingual skills and/or a life and health insurance license, this would be a plus.

 

  Job duties for the INBOUND representative will be to handle incoming calls (orders, inquiries, complaints, etc.); places outbound calls (regarding account status, complains, account collection, etc.) and directs calls for further problem resolution, if necessary.  Typically handles larger clients and more difficult situations.  May be required to manage, guide, and motivate teams through the call process.

 

The qualified candidate will possess:

* Minimum 2 years of call center experience

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Basic computer skills

* Ability to pick up quickly in a busy environment

* Ability to work alone or with a team

* Ability to be flexible to work during the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm
