Percepta, a leading company in call center management, has Customer Service Representative positions available at our Mahwah, NJ facility. As our new Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous and accurate information to our Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle owners. Job Responsibilities:Answer inbound calls from high level individuals regarding their vehicles Respond to customer inquiries Research complex automobile issues Negotiate resolution for vehicle owners Qualifications:Experience dealing with higher level individuals in a customer service capacity Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred Ability to develop relationships with owners and market the company to potential customers Strong listening, decision making, business writing and negotiating skills are essential Authentic concern for customer loyalty is required Excellent phone presence and a professional attitude If you are a highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service then we want you to join our team!
