Customer Service Representative - Real Estate Loan Servicing

We currently have an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Real Estate Loan Servicing Department.  This position requires excellent customer service for the incoming calls pertaining to consumer and residential portfolio.  Individual must evaluate and respond to all customer and bank personnel inquiries via telephone and written corespondence.  Individual will maintain on-line information in response to customer needs, to include coupon ordering, name and address changes, history and amortization requests, credit corrections, standardized letter responses, productivity tracking, mail distribution, filing, and other miscellaneous requests as needed.

 

Requirements include:  Good verbal communication skills, minimum of one year customer service experience, detail oriented, ability to type 40-45 wpm, ability to analyze a loan history, ability to explain residential loan information and documents.  Must be familiar with Lotus Notes and MS Word software for letter generation.  Preferred Skills include:  Previous experience with consumer/real estate products.
