Customer Service Representative/Slab Sales

We are currently seeking a Slab Sales Customer Service Representative to be based in our Anaheim, CA branch.  This individual will work with customers to select Stone Slabs by providing the best possible buying experience.  Customers are seen by both appointment and walk-in.  This is a fast paced position and requires an individual that thrives under pressure.  The ability to work flexible hours is required.

 

The successful candidate will have:

 H.S. Diploma or equivalentStrong retail sales skills with a minimum of 2 years profession retail experience in a fast paced setting Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to provide individualized serviceAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be a self starter who proactively finds solutions to customers' needsExcellent communication skills including vertbal, written and telephone
