Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English bilingual)

We are currently seeking full time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representatives to join our call center. In this position, you will provide service to our client base through effective oral and written communication, as well as troubleshoot and resolve all types of dental claim related inquiries.

Key responsibilities include: Accurately respond to all oral and written inquiries from subscribers, providers, brokers and/or group administrators.Complete and maintain daily log/forms/reports.Initiate/follow up on claim adjustments, corrections and overrides which result from inquiries.Accurately complete special projects assigned within specified time frames.

Requirements of the position include: Strong customer service skills in a multi-tasking, inbound call center environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of insurance reimbursement practices, i.e. claim processing policies, coordination of benefits and dental terminology.Strong computer keyboard skills and demonstrated capability using MS Office tools.Excellent attendance and punctuality.Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing).
