Currently, we have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative-Transportation to join our rapidly growing company. This position is located in our Solon, OH office and the job code is RT6367.

Primary responsibilities for this position include:
* Consistently provides superior customer service
* Consistently handles and processes calls in a detailed and accurate manner
* Demonstrates appropriate and professional phone skills
* Follows procedures
* Flexibility with schedule and work duties
* Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates Will Have:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Preferred Call Center Experience
* Ability to handle daily stress levels, complexity, volume and diversity of customers
* Makes sound decisions
* Effectively receives feedback
* Proficient in computers, specifically in Word, Excel & Windows
* Excellent customer service and professional phone skills, required
