Customer Service Representative needed for a 8:45am-5:15pm
Long-term career opportunities with benefits are available for seasoned customer service professionals who deliver 'best in class' service. Our client, located in Augusta, is in search of enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Positions involve working with new and existing customers, taking and following up on orders, addressing billing and service requests, processing changes on accounts and resolving billing concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years' customer service experience, be very reliable. Must possess solid computer skills and be adaptable to an ever-changing business environment! Accounting knowledge is a plus. Shift Hours: 8:45am-5:15pm
$10/hr. You must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check before a position will be offered to you.
