We are not just looking for someone to pick up the phone and talk to our external and internal customers, we are looking for someone who will LISTEN to our customers and EMPATHIZE with our customers and give THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

 

Responbilities include but are not limited to the following:Order EntryExpediting Back OrdersTechnical ResearchIssuing RGA'sPurchasing

 

Who is Turf Star?

Turf Star sells and provides specialized equipment and irrigation for landscape and large turf areas throughout California, Baja California, and Northern Nevada.  Our primary customers include: golf courses, sports complexes, municipal parks, schools, colleges, cemetaries, and other public and private sites with large turf areas.

 

We supply the professional landscape contractor with equipment for landscape creation and maintenance.  Additionally, we distribute several lines of electric and gas powered products for professional and residential use through over 200 local dealers.

 

Requirements:Must Be Bi-lingual in the Spanish Language5 Year Minimum Experience in Customer Service - Remember we want somone who enjoys listening and helping our customers!Strong PC SkillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Applications (ie: Outlook, Excel, & Word)Exceptional ABILITY & DESIRE to LEARN & CHANGE as processes/procedures are changed.Ability to read parts diagrams (partsmart, microfiche, IPL)Ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload on a daily basisClean DMV
