ESM is a full service customer contact center with an exclusive focus in the Education Field. We represent well-known national universities, colleges, K-12 tutoring organizations and educational product sales companies. Our company is experiencing incredible growth ? doubling in size in 2004 and 2005. We are seeking enthusiastic and results oriented individuals to join our brand new location in Columbus, Ohio!  Our growing customer support center seeks career-minded individuals to provide French/English speaking outbound customer service to clients and prospective students, maintain accurate database information, and help ESM achieve company goals.

 

A successful person on our team:

Bi-lingual abilities a MUST (French/English)

Has a minimum of two years experience in a busy call center or customer service environment

Computer literate

Excellent communication skills

Ability to function both independently and as a team member

Able to type a minimum of 30/wpm

Must reside within the state of Ohio

Our compensation package includes a competitive hourly pay rate of $12.00 - $16.00 per hour plus medical benefits, vacation, sick, and holiday pay, a 401K, a fun working environment, and career advancement opportunities.
