The company offers innovative pumping solutions, integrated supply and MROP (maintenance, repair, operating and production) services that utilize DXP?s vast product knowledge in pumps, bearings, power transmission, seals, hose, safety, fluid power, electrical and industrial supplies. DXP is seeking a Customer Service RepresentativeTrainee for our Service Center in Odessa, TX.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services. The CSR will handle customer requests over the counter, check availability of stock, fill orders to customer specifications, process sales data via computer, and perform other warehousing functions.
Qualified candidates will have previous customer service or inventory management experience, and must be able to work independently. Experience in warehousing and inventory control is a plus. Prior customer service skills, data entry skills, organization, and customer focus are required. (Training will be available)
