We have an immediate opportunity in our Murrysville, PA territory for:

Customer Service Representatives

Responsibilities:
Within the Respironics Call Center, be the first point
of contact for external and internal customers.
Identify, research and resolve non-standard problems through a solid understanding of our business products, processes and procedures.
Handle all calls from customers, patients and care providers.
Receive and enter all types of orders including products/accessories, rentals/leases, service maintenance contracts, return notifications and other processes dealing with Respironics products.
Answer and resolve any customer questions, inquiries complaints, etc. Enter Service Notifications, facilitate problem resolution and do thorough follow-up to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Distribution and Remote Services to ensure order fulfillment.
Provide back up support to other members of Customer Service.
Examine trends and initiate improvements in order and inquiry satisfaction.
Work as a team member to satisfy all customer needs, improve call center performance and achieve department goals.

Requirements:
Associates degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience.
A successful candidate must have at least 6 months experience in a professional customer service environment. Monitored call center background is preferred. SAP or other enterprise computer system experience is a plus.
Shift schedules range from 7:30 am. To 8:00 p.m. Individual shift assignment is eight hours. Limited travel (0-5%).
Market foresight, learning agility and teaming (RI key competencies).
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Sustained and consistent ability to solve non-routine product, pricing and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customers highly desired. Interpersonal skills and teaming oriented skills.
