Description:
-Work Hours-Monday through Friday-11:00am to 8:00pm-applicable shift differential.
-Handles routine inquiries with regard to company policies, procedures and product lines, utilizing CRT, reports and other appropriate materials.
-Researches and resolves issues and problems.
-Responds to inquiries by telephone and/or correspondence.
-Services customer?s policies by direct transactions to a processing unit.
-Acts as marketing consultant with respect to customer policy needs.
-May service policyholders, agents and/or business centers.
-Reports to the Supervisor ? Customer Service.
