Customer Service Representatives - COME GROW WITH US!!!

Safelite Group, the leading manufacturer, distributor and provider of after-market automotive glass and related services, is currently seeking Full Time, Customer Service oriented individuals with great communication & typing skills for our New Orleans, LA location.

SUMMARY
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary liaison between the local market and Safelite?s customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
? Handle incoming customer calls: ETA?s, Customer service issues, Warranties, Commercial (if non-Commercial Pro), Price quotes from agents and adjusters, ?Non-unit? workorders (flat glass, labor only, backsliders, tinting etc.), Custom conversion van, National Fleet accounts, Rental Cars, Motor Home Jobs, side mirror jobs, Job status inquiries, Same day reschedules/cancellations

? Monitors, verifies accuracy of, and corrects (as necessary) work orders downloaded from Sales Central.
? Performs appointment confirmation calls.
? Performs customer call aheads.
? Handles incoming calls.
? Handles invoicing, daily close-out procedures, daily bank deposit.
? Processes credit memos, rebills, and unbillables.
? Maintains daily store files (time records, work orders, inventory documents).
? Reviews referral W/O?s from previous night
? Handles reschedules and pending work orders (ZREF, ZNS).
? Assists Account Manager in setting up and servicing accounts.
? Handles all telephone calls and workflow activities pertaining to commercial work.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to operate a computer and telephone system, sit for extended periods of time.
* Pleasant voice, positive attitude, clear diction, composure.

* Glass or automotive experience preferred, but not required.

PREFERENCES:
? Knowledge of store opening, closing and invoicing procedures.
? Ability to apply selling techniques over the phone.
