Customer Service Representatives Needed!!!

A well-known Financial Institute is seeking a Customer Service Representative that is able to handle each call in the best interest of both the customer and the company.

 

Will work in the security department monitoring alarms at various work sites across the U.S. Will take incoming calls from local police departments and employees from other sites. Will interact with customers to gather information and ensure the activity is documented. Will also request service orders when the alarm systems are not working properly.

 

Requirements:
Must have 1-2 years of handling inbound/outbound calls.
Must be able to work either a Saturday or Sunday.
Must be able to work a varied shift during training.
